Position :

Manager - Market Development
Location : Cochin, India
Qualification :

BSc/MSc with MBA/PGDM in marketing
Experience : 4-6 Years of experience in developing natural ingredients based business
Key Responsibility : 

 

 

• Devise strategies and techniques necessary for business development and achievement of sales targets for the sector (Human and Animal Nutrition).

• Price offer / negotiation and contract/order confirmation for business.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of business.

• Represent Synthite at important trade fairs and play an active role in engaging the industry leaders on matters pertaining to food ingredients, animal nutrition products and their applications etc.

• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned through customer visits, calls etc.

• New product/project management.

• Responsible for collecting payment from clients

• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction in the assigned sector.

• Increase the Marketing Performance (Online, Offline, Print etc).

• Reduce Lead Response Time.

• Proactively develop initiatives to maximize strategic profitability.

• Receipt of order and coordinate with Sales operation team for it's timely execution.

• Update clients with relevant market information.

• Update clients with shipment information.

• Adherence to Business Continuity Plan.
