Agile

We are a company driven by nature and we see people as an integral part of it. This is one of the reasons why Synthite was one of the early adopters of the people oriented development methodology called Agile. The core of Agile is derived from principles behind the Agile manifesto, which is about people, trust and continual improvement.

 

Since its introduction in 2001, Agile has proved to be a turning point in the industry as it produced high-quality output in a cost-effective and timely manner to meet the changing needs of stakeholders. Seeing the efficiency and success of this method, Synthite was quick to apply the method to their own product development process. Under Agile, the product development lifecycle was divided into small aspects, each subject to analysis, design, implementation and testing. It also invited customers to become a part of the development process with their feedback. They also   suggested improvements to the end product. The result was better products, faster delivery time and happy customers.

 

In an industry characterised by frequent and dynamic changes in customer requirements, Synthite has quick off the block, thanks to Agile.
