Curry leaves extracts
Curry leaf, a staple in traditional Indian cooking, is now at the forefront of modern food preservation technology. Extracted from the leaves of Murraya koenigii, our Curry Leaf Antioxidant delivers powerful, plant-based protection against oxidation - naturally extending the shelf life of food products while meeting today’s clean-label demands.
Renowned for its aromatic flavor and therapeutic benefits, the curry leaf is much more than a culinary ingredient. It is a potent source of natural antioxidants, rich in phenolic compounds, flavonoids, and carbazole alkaloids such as mahanimbine, murrayafoline, and koenimbine - all of which are scientifically recognized for their strong free radical scavenging and lipid oxidation-inhibiting properties.

Green tea extracts
Green tea extracts, made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis, are prized for their numerous health benefits and rich concentration of bioactive compounds. The primary active ingredients in green tea extracts are catechins, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
These extracts are known to support cardiovascular health by improving cholesterol levels and reducing blood pressure, enhance weight management by boosting metabolism, and provide neuroprotective effects that may aid cognitive function. Additionally, they have potential anti-cancer properties due to their ability to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Green tea extracts are commonly used in dietary supplements, skincare products, and as a flavoring in beverages. Generally safe when consumed in moderation, they may cause minor side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort or interactions with certain medications.

Rosemary extracts
Rosemary extracts, derived from the Rosmarinus officinalis plant, are rich in bioactive compounds such as rosmarinic acid, carnosic acid, and essential oils. These extracts are celebrated for their potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties, making them beneficial in various applications.
They are used to enhance flavor and preserve food, improve skin health in cosmetics, and support cognitive and digestive health in traditional medicine. While generally safe in moderate amounts, excessive use can cause gastrointestinal issues or allergic reactions. Rosemary extracts provide a natural, versatile solution for health and wellness.
