Brown

Caramel colour is produced by carefully heating food-grade carbohydrates such as corn syrup or sugar, often in the presence of acids, alkalis, or salts a process known as caramelization. At Synthite, we have the capability to produce natural green color from various plant sources. One of our primary sources is alfalfa, a perennial green-leafed plant known for its high chlorophyll content - the pigment responsible for the green color in leaves.

Orange
